🛍️ General Information
All products are handmade with care and may have slight variations in color, size, or design. These small differences make each item unique and are not considered defects.
I reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. It’s your responsibility to check this page for updates.
💳 Payments
All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment system. I do not have access to or store your credit card information. Prices are listed in USD and may be updated at any time.
🚚 Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped within the time frame stated on each product listing. Once shipped, I’m not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by postal carriers.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly — I’m unable to replace orders shipped to the wrong address.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
Because all products are handmade, I don’t accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days at hello@thecozylilypad.com with photos so I can make it right.
