Thank you for supporting The Cozy Lilypad! Each item is handmade with care, so please allow a little time for me to prepare and ship your order.


💌 Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
During busy times, holidays, or shop launches, processing may take a bit longer — but I’ll always do my best to get your order out quickly.


📦 Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

All packages are shipped through USPS with tracking.
Once shipped, delivery usually takes:

  • 3–7 business days within the U.S.

  • International shipping times may vary depending on customs and postal delays.


✏️ Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. I can’t replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address.


📬 Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order is handed to USPS, I’m not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. If your package seems stuck or missing, please contact your local post office first — I’ll do what I can to help!
