At The Cozy Lilypad, each item is handmade with care, so I want you to love what you receive!
Because of the handmade nature of my products, returns and exchanges are not accepted, but please contact me within 7 days of delivery if there’s a problem with your order.
💌 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please send me a message (with a photo) at hello@thecozylilypad.com within 7 days of delivery. I’ll be happy to send a replacement or issue a refund if needed.

📦 Lost Packages
Once your order is shipped, I’m not responsible for delays or losses caused by USPS or other carriers. If your package goes missing, please contact your local post office first — I’ll help however I can!
